At Iron Outback Co., we deliver high-performance equipment backed by trusted Australian service and support. We only partner with official, authorized suppliers, ensuring every product you receive is genuine, covered by warranty, and ready to perform when it matters most.

Most orders require 1–3 business days to be processed before dispatch. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Some products are dispatched directly from our Australian suppliers or manufacturing partners. Large, bulky, custom-made or temporarily backordered products may require additional processing time.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS and SA: 2–5 business days
• Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS and SA: 4–6 business days
• WA and NT: 4–8 business days
• Large or bulky goods: 6–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Courier delays, public holidays, severe weather and remote delivery locations may affect delivery.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking within five business days, please contact support@ironoutbackco.com.au so we can investigate.

All physical items are backed by applicable manufacturer warranties.
If no explicit warranty is mentioned, your product is still covered under Australian Consumer Law

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise noted on the product page.
