Warranty on Physical (Dropshipped) Products

All physical products sold through Iron Outback Co. are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

If no specific warranty is listed on the product page, your item is still automatically protected under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that products must:

Be of acceptable quality
Match the product description
Be fit for the stated purpose
Last for a reasonable amount of time

What is Covered:

Manufacturing defects

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your item is faulty or defective:

Include your order number, photos or video evidence, and a description of the issue
Our team will assess your claim and respond with the next steps

If eligible, we may offer:

A full refund
A replacement product
Assistance in claiming manufacturer warranty (if available)

Digital Product Disclaimer (CAD, DXF, SVG, AI, PDF Files)

Iron Outback Co. sells digital fabrication files intended for experienced professionals and hobbyists. These files include but are not limited to:
DXF, CAD, SVG, AI, and PDF design files.

By purchasing and downloading our digital files, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
