This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
Digital Products (CAD files, DXF plans, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a digital product:

is not as described

or is unfit for its intended purpose
If this occurs, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
Physical Products (Dropshipped Items)
You are entitled to a remedy under ACL if a product:

is faulty

is damaged on arrival

is not as described

or does not perform as advertised
Where the issue is a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
Change-of-mind returns are not required by law and are not accepted unless stated on the product page.

Warranty
All physical products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties.
If no explicit warranty is stated, your product is still protected under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods will be:

Digital products do not carry manufacturer warranties, but your consumer rights under ACL still apply.
