By purchasing, downloading, or using any Iron Outback Co. CAD files, fabrication plans, or related digital content, you agree to the following terms.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Nature of the Files

All CAD files and plans are provided as design guides only.
They are not engineering certifications, compliance approvals, or road-legal guarantees.

It is the user’s responsibility to assess suitability for their specific application and to obtain any required engineering, regulatory, or safety approvals.

2. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Fabrication, welding, and vehicle modification carry inherent risks.

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying all dimensions and tolerances

  • Using safe fabrication practices

  • Ensuring correct installation

  • Complying with local regulations and standards

Iron Outback Co. is not responsible for how the files are fabricated or used once downloaded.

3. No Professional Advice

Nothing provided by Iron Outback Co. constitutes engineering, mechanical, or legal advice.
You should seek professional certification or inspection where required.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Outback Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of these files.

This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a digital product is:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Or unfit for its intended purpose

These rights cannot be excluded.

Change-of-mind refunds are not required by law for digital products.

6. Licence & Use

All files are licensed for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Distribute

  • Upload

  • Or reproduce these files for commercial purposes

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Acceptance

By completing your purchase or downloading any file, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
