Black Aluminium Alloy Nudge Bar suitable for Hyundai iLoad 2007-2022

• Aluminium alloy construction makes this bar 35% lighter than a traditional steel nudge bar. Due to being aluminium, the bar is much more rust-resistant and durable. This means that there is less concerns about scratches or damage to the protective powder coat of the nudge bar.

• Uncompromised strength. While Aluminium Alloy 5052 is a softer metal than Q235A Mild Steel, we have engineered our bars to continue to deliver the same strength and performance that we're known for. We have increased the thickness of the tube walls by 100% and the thickness of our light tabs by over 83%. The lower brace that bolts to the nudge bar brackets have been completely redesigned to incorporate the capping of the nudge bar. This means that the lower weld is 4.7x larger than before. This hugely reinforces one of the key stress points of the nudge bar.

• Small cuts at the bottom of the bumper may be required. We have designed these bars to go around and under the bumper rather than through the bumper (i.e. cutting irreversable holes in the middle of the bumper). However, due to relatively low clearance of this van, we have had to shorten the brackets as much as possible. This means that brackets will press up hard against the bottom lip of the bumper. A small cut above these points may be made to relieve pressure off the bumper. This is much more desirable and less destructive as it is a cut in the bottom lip of the bumper rather than a cut in the middle of the bumper.
